Lisa Colpoys
Executive Director
Lisa Colpoys has been ILAO's Executive Director since January 2002, when she was promoted from Legal Content Manager, and has been with the organization since its inception in early 2001. Previously Lisa served as Director of Legal Services and as a Staff Attorney at CARPLS, and spent several years in private practice in Chicago as a sole practitioner. She serves on many national, state and local groups dealing with technology, the delivery of legal services, and self-represented persons. In 2003 Lisa was named one of “40 Under 40” Illinois Attorneys to Watch by the Law Bulletin Publishing Company. Lisa received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. from Rutgers University.
Teri Ross

Program Director
After serving as ILAO's Outreach Coordinator for 1 ½ years, Teri Ross was promoted to Program Director in December 2009. Her duties include overseeing the operations of the content, technology and outreach programs, fostering new and existing partnerships with community organizations, and developing new programs. She is the 2009 recipient of The Chicago Bar Foundation Anderson Fellowship. Prior to her ILAO work, Teri was a staff attorney at Prairie State Legal Services. She is a 2006 graduate of the DePaul College of Law.
Jill Becker

Legal Content Coordinator
Jill Becker is ILAO's Legal Content Coordinator. She oversees the development, implementation and maintenance of legal content for ILAO's three statewide legal services websites. Jill also manages an editorial board of attorneys. She is a 2009 recipient of The Chicago Bar Foundation Sun Times Fellowship. Previously, she was a staff attorney at Jeffrey A. Rabin & Associates, CARPLS, and Prairie State Legal Services. Jill received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago in 1999.

Outreach Coordinator
Stacie Colston is ILAO’s Outreach Coordinator. She is a 2009 graduate of The John Marshall Law School. During law school, Stacie served at a PILI Intern and Law Clerk at Chicago Volunteer Legal Services. Her ILAO duties include collaborating with courts, circuit clerks, legal aid providers, and other community organizations to establish and support county-based legal self-help centers across Illinois. Stacie is responsible for managing ILAO’s education and outreach programs to its constituents with the goal of increasing the use of ILAO's websites.
Gwendelyn A. Daniels

Director of Technology Development
Gwendelyn Daniels is ILAO's Director of Technology Development. Gwen is responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle for ILAO's software applications, including specifications, design, managing outside developers, programming in Flex, Flash, AJAX, and Coldfusion, testing, and documentation. Prior to working at ILAO, Gwen spent eight years working at the Shriver Center. Gwen serves on the board of LSNTAP, was the 2004 recipient of NLADA's Innovations in Equal Justice Award, and is a 1998 graduate of the DePaul College of Law.
Mick Domagala

Case Management System Project Manager
Mick Domagala is focused on providing assistance to a number of other Illinois agencies in connection with the launch of new case management software. He is currently working on preparation and coordination activities for seven different agencies, representing 38 different offices and locations. The ultimate goal of this work is to further streamline processes, resulting in more clients served across the state. Prior to this role he held positions in a variety of consulting, software development, and vendor management organizations.
Laura Emory
LiveHelp Program Coordinator
Laura is ILAO’s LiveHelp Program Coordinator. Her duties include developing the LiveHelp program and recruiting, training and managing volunteers. Prior to accepting this position, she taught English overseas. She is a 2008 graduate of Northern Michigan University and is currently working on a post-baccalaureate certificate in Paralegal Studies at Loyola University Chicago.
Susan Muirhead

Multimedia Content Coordinator
Susan Muirhead is ILAO’s Multimedia Content Coordinator. She produces, shoots and edits multimedia presentations for ILAO’s three websites. Susan also freelances as an editor, producer and director on short and feature films, promotional and industrial videos. Her own independent films have gone on to screen at several film festivals. Before working at ILAO, Susan worked as a script reader for CineStory, a librarian for the Filmworkers Club, and a part-time faculty member at Columbia College Chicago. She holds a M.A. in Film and Video from Columbia College and a B.A. from the University of Illinois.

Automated Documents Manager
Mary Neal is ILAO’s Automated Documents Manager. She is a graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she was Executive Editor of the school's A2J Student Editorial Board and President of the International Law Moot Court Honor Society. While in law school, she worked for the Center for Access to Justice and Technology and the Illinois Human Rights Commission. Prior to law school, she worked at the Institute of International Education, where she planned international exchange programs and coordinated the development of a document automation system.
Jamie Smith

Operations Manager
Jamie is a 2007 honors graduate of the University of Chicago, where she studied public policy and worked at the U of C Cultural Policy Center. Following graduation she worked at a small commercial litigation law firm doing everything from legal research to office management to public relations. In her spare time, Jamie is the editor of www.galsguide.com and a contributor to several arts and culture websites.
Jed Untereker

Legal Content Coordinator
Jed Untereker is ILAO’s Legal Content Coordinator. He oversees the development, maintenance and management of legal content published on ILAO's three websites. Fluent in Spanish, Jed previously was the litigation director for the Working Hands Legal Clinic, focusing on wage and hour litigation on behalf of low-wage, immigrant workers. He currently is a member of the Cabrini Green Legal Aid’s Young Professional Board. He holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a B.A. from Williams College.

Development Associate
In February 2010, Natasha Wasinski became our first Development Associate. Previously our Operations Manager for 2 ½ years, she gained valuable fundraising experience by coordinating our semi-annual direct mail appeals, assisting with grant writing, managing our donor database, and helping to establish ILAO’s social networking presence. A 2007 graduate of Loyola University Chicago, Natasha spends her free time volunteering for the Immigrant Child Advocacy Project and perfecting her Midwest snowboarding skills.
